Terms of Use

These are the Safelist Rules:

1. Free Members may send once every 3 days.

   
   

2. Pro Members may send every day.

   
   

3. No full mailboxes or bounces -- immediate removal -- NO REFUND!

   
   

4. No duplicate accounts.

   
   

5. Your safelist email address and your contact email address must be different.  

   
   

6. You cannot answer an ad with an ad of your own; the only way to mail to members is with our online mailer.

   
   

7. You agree to receive messages from other Safelist members and from the Safelist management.

   
   

8. NO flaming or foul language to other members.

   
   

9. No adult oriented messages. 

   
   

10. No hate, porno, adult, illegal, warez, racial or religious ads allowed.

    
    

11. No autoresponders, forwarding your emails to an autoresponder or SPAM FILTERS
    allowed.

    
    

12. No misleading subject lines are allowed, including such as, but not limited to: Spam, Admin message, Your account, etc. 

    
    

13. You may request payment of your affiliate earnings at any time whenever you have a balance owing greater than 25.00 US Dollars. A 2.00 US Dollars administration fee is deducted from all payments.

    
    

14. Any violation of any of these rules and your account will be terminated and there will be no refund of any money.

These rules are the Terms of Use of the Safelist. They may be changed at any time to maintain the orderly operation of the Safelist. Notification of any change in the rules will be posted on this site. It is your responsibility to be aware of all rules and changes.
